In busy areas of the game with lots of players, it's sometimes really hard to see or even be able to click on the Seren Spirit or Blessing. Why not just let us right click the item that spawns it to collect the reward there. I shouldn't be punished for there being a bunch of people around me hiding the reward.

Clusters of characters are an issue in all areas of the game.
They could fix almost every issue by having a new graphic setting instead of adding a "fix" to each area separately
