Make thieving skillcape perk work in Pyramid Plunder

Would make it a lot faster to do multiple runs in a row for the scepter of the gods without needing to bank in between them

also if ur lvl 99 thief, it should not be that when ur looting lvl 20 urns, u stay there for like 2 mins cause of the snakes biting u... i would recommend that from lvl 90 snakes can bite, cause atm it's annoying as hell

aswell that u can fail doors on lvl 20...
