I think we can add an auto-hover function to transport helicopters.

This way, when you’re piloting alone and encounter enemies, you can switch to other seats to operate the machine gun or use your carried weapons (firearms or RPGs).

I don’t believe this would affect game balance, because a transport helicopter in auto-hover mode would be extremely vulnerable to threats.

Another suggestion is to activate auto-hover (or autopilot, which maintains the helicopter’s current direction and speed) if the pilot is killed. A message reading “Pilot Down” should also be displayed on the screens of other crew members, helping them take over piloting duties promptly.

One more idea: equip the co-pilot seats of both transport and attack helicopters with observation and target-marking optics, similar to those on tanks.

This would make the co-pilot role much more engaging and fun for players.

or add an option to switch the arcadey 100% or 0% collective controls to a collective relative control, thus keeping its value once u switch your seat

If someone is putting in the effort to shoot down the pilot himself crew shouldn't get another get out of jail free card, as if a pilot won't have 1-2 extra peeps that will at least get it back to base
