Actually a great idea, besides the fact that this is gonna be tremendously abused. In theory could be implemented, but not without a lot of pre-moderation and approval, but it simply won't happen because of resources and attention available

How would somebody be able to use it if they have no mic?

Voip already has moderation and custom voicelines thus also have to be moderated and probably subjected to very similar rules

It would be moderated the same way voip is

And wouldn’t need extra

You’d just report it like you report VoIP

Maybe not previous approval (i am not sure how this would quite work if implemented somehow)

Clans names and icon do need pre approal

All this sounds good in theory but this would take a fair bit to implement and you somehow have to make it so that you know from whom its coming, makes moderation potentially harder and could be confusing especially if the voicelines are in another language

Well it would have a subtitle like VoIP

That says who is speaking

And you can press a button to mute them just like VoIP

which hardly works since alot of the time there's more than one person so good luck guessing who it is.
