Replace EAC with any other anticheat

Any. Just any that has the least amount of yapping around it. Because players have a variety of troubles with it, then it should be replaced instead of suggesting to install a random batch file from git hub, it's not how good games are being made.

Delta force's anti-cheat.. lol.

Battleye is seen as a joke nowadays. Not much to say here just look at Siege X's cheating problem.
Punkbuster... lol. Even if it was somehow chosen good luck getting people to agree to have screen captures of your screen taken during gameplay.
Faceit AC was seen as super invasive and the community did not want that, to the point of where there was a call to boycott the game over it.
Riot's Anticheat.. well we cant even get that but same issues that FaceIt's AC has, too invasive for most people to be satisfied with it. Whatever delta force uses.. See Riot and Faceit's issue. Personally for me its the sole reason I avoided DF.

Im not saying EAC is good but the other options are pretty subpar too, so its a pick your poison situation.

They aren’t unsafe it’s just that most cheats work in the kernel now and any less invasive anti cheat is no longer effective

All anticheats get bypassed obviously, but iirc the current version of EAC used is an old one, no?

So I don’t really wanna default to “just update “ but… you know… I don’t think its EAC’s fault in this case when an old version is potentially being used

Yeah, it works because the games so inactive that it doesn’t even matter

Can say the same for enlisted, never had that big surge of players unless steam charts are lying.

It has a playerbase, but not as much as, lets say launch BBR or Siege

Hell even PubG had that issue with battleye dealing with cheaters (unsure if it still does nowadays)
