Adding QOL info overlay during spawn/match start

I found this video in the BattleBit Youtube channel thats unlisted, 7 years ago, that showcases the game UI & deploy screen. And what caught my eye was at the end of the video, starting from 1:30. When Oki spawned in, it displayed:

This may only show up once every match, to not make it intrusive/annoying.
I feel like it could make it more immersive to play the game, makes it more serious if you ask me.

I also saw this through old vids. Yeah if make it a bit faster, remove the coordinates and make a more pleasing sound - it would be maybe useful and immersive thing to have
