Tanks:
Tanks have crew of 3 people: Driver, Gunner and Commander.
Driver can drive (how unexpected)
Gunner can shoot from 2 main weapons and have less vision.
And Commander have access to machine gun on top and have rangefinder for main cannon.

IFVs:
Same as tanks but without commander.

CoPilot in helicopter:
If main pilot is dead can take control (but can just change seats lol).
Blackhawk: have access to camera with thermals or minigun on bottom of the chopper
Littlebird: can shoot from secondary weapon, throw grenades and use some gadgets like binocularus. Edit: Tanks and APCs should have x5 (or more) health points than now and have fixed physics like tanks not supposed to do wheelie every time they got hit by another tank or RPG (just make heavier and less recieve knockback from explosion). This post supposed to make tanks be tanks, like drive in the main street and have the crowd of friendly infantry following.

Whilst having the copilot seat actually be able to do something for LB and Blackhawk would be nice (I wouldn’t let the copilot use the armed lb/hermit guns but being able to fight back and take control when the pilot dies would be a nice QoL).. the problem with tanks/apcs (so heavy vehicles in general) isn’t that one person has the main gun and can drive at the same time.

Its the fact they never leave their base and I will stress this point to the end of time, because of the end of the day nobody really complains about tanks/apcs being “too strong” unless its safezone related.

No amount of “forced teamwork” will change that and we need to stop trying to pretend that safezone camping isn’t the main issue that leads to these frustrations people have with them.

If anything the forced teamwork aspect will only lead to frustrations and griefing/trolling.

  1. Make tanks/apcs actually be able to survive outside of spawn (nerf C4 vehicle damage mainly, slightly tweak RPG damage)
  2. Make some QOL alterations and have some of their capabilities against infantry tweaked (miniguns actually being equal across the board and not shoot peas at people for example)

Third being the whole safezones actually allowing it is an issue hopefully being resolved with some of the map reworks

Probably need a way to resupply vehicle ammo as a gadget in place of the RPG, but one thing at a time I suppose.

Point is safezone is too strong and whilst I generally agree with the idea of reworking tanks/apcs to be more fun to use and fight against… with safezone being how it is, you’ll be hard pressed to find people who agree until it’s addressed.

Remove the stupid ass physics when vehicles get hit by something. If your in an apc and get hit once by a tank you get spun all around which is stupid.

You mean the boat that’s only used as a stationary turret for anti-air? (RCB) that oki said was still unfinished and would be updated in the future™️?

I get where you’re going with this but the RCB isnt a good example, especially when it was mentioned to be just a placeholder for now (until the soon™️ thing comes)

And the other boat is a literal joke/is only used to go from point A to B so we don’t count that imo

Hell even the jetski has more practical uses than the minigun boat, but that’s besides the point

Literally only ever used from a distance as a turret or for anti-air. That so called tag team gameplay with it doesn’t really exist

doesnt help turret stabilization isnt a thing on it so gl trying to make that work unless your driver wants to make frequent stops

And i realised that multicrew system will be added in milsim mode (because it`s milsim mode).
