Where do i report players?

The Lawyer-Discord Bot has been broken for... well.. at least half a year now.

I would send a message to the Battlebit ModMail like the Lawyer discord suggests... BUT... it doesn't give any option to create tickets for reports. I have a 3min Video of a dude obviously cheating since a few days, he played 22hrs and still hasn't been "caught".

I mean.. let's be real: Bot is broken since months, the offered alterantive (ModMail) isn't a real alternative because it has no option to report.. does anyone even manage anything?

In game is one place. And if you have there steam user name ( or steam id)you can also report them to battlebot modmail. Just submit one myself a few days ago and they reach out and let you know that they’ve received your report!

The video will be great evidence as well!

Follow-up questions: In-Game? Yeah, honestly barely ever resulted in people getting banned. Also what am i supposed to select when the ModMail askes me for the geenral-topic?

Trust and safety will get it to the correct people.

You can include the information for the player as well. Just saying your reporting a suspected cheater

you can just tell them that your not banned you are just reporting a cheater. but you are correct there should be a option for it in battlebot

option for reports is trust & safety, manual reports are being handled by them

yes but when selecting the trust and saftey option its worded as if you are writing to appeal a ban. having a second option or branch for reporting separate from appeals may be more user friendly.

that's why it says "if applicable" next to "Why you shall be unbanned?" question
utilizing in game reports is more than enough in 90% cases

i agree but this one player had a issue with it so there is some merit. not trying to argue, just a suggestion.

You only see the message when selecting a option. The option itself focuses on "ban appeals" and the message itself doesn't mention reporting someone. Yes, you could argue that Your question does include it, but it also includes ban appeals... so.. it's simply not clear if that is the correct selected option or not

It says right above the bot, what you can do if the bot does not work. Even including which category to select.

And it still didn't say a thing about "reporting other played" but "ban applean".
