#Cap point hide and seek restriction

As we know, in this game, a guy just need to hide himself in hostile cap, as long as he could, and enemy will not able to respawn at the cap
Those team player need to go around a whole cap when the cap still blinking after done capture, this is totally wasting time and also annoy, this just causing most of the player will just go away and not willing to search the remaining enemy in the cap and hope somebody else to do that. But the guy really trying to do that will also have the risk to get killed by the hiding enemy and no one around him, the intel will not able to be transmit as squadmate also far away.

I suggest there is a time restriction for hiding enemy in a fully captured cap, is simple, when the capture progress doesn't move after 30s, the enemy in the fully captured will be shown in the map, let the friendly able to find him much easier

Make objective capture points match the map environment, and change capture points from covering 50+ floors of buildings to something defensible. Adding spotting/wallhacks is a bandaid solution to real problem of, capture point design straight up sucks.

Well good news is our trust or distrust of their design doesnt change the reality that it is indeed their game to design. This still aint it in terms of solving the capture point problem

Funny I also proposed a buff to the mdx 201 back then (which is the name of the fake glint device). Which was to shortly blind (aka Flash) people who look at it with a scope and its like a laser and hurts the eyes

Well, after all, I have said this very often. The solution to many problems, and to such problem as you described, is more content. As for example such a device, it could mark it on the compass, show on the map doesn't matter.

The game needs more content.

Binos would be used to to mark crates and would guide mortar users and artillery (but we are already in too deep to elaborate on that)

Increase the timer cap timer in general (at least make it a challenge for the solo/4 man squad cappers to cap) + on modes where it would benefit from it (invasion and frontline) add a fallback timer so defenders have the proper time to set up defenses for the next sector, and attackers can properly prepare their next advance (or push back to help retake a point in the case of FL)

We don’t need 4-5 additional points on a domi map/fl sector to do that (creates the “follow the marker” problem that we see in conq where teams rarely see large scale action outside of the initial fight as a result), just make it harder to lone wolf obj/make it less powerful when someone does it - the devcast already said they wanted to commit to this idea, why not apply it to obj capping too?

Obviously if a team fails to ignore a single guy on a point for 2-3 min.. yeah, skill issue. But it shouldn’t be as easy as it is now, especially with backcapping, to effectively cripple a team who’s at the very minimum paying attention (just not having enough time to properly react in some cases.)

I am beyond baffled by his take cause in BF4 and BF1 not only is is very clearly marked on the map and the actual enviroment (a line shows exactly the shape of the objective both on the map and when actually playing)

Even without the line you can just make an educated guess as to what the objective area is cause 99% of the time the objective cap actually matches the enviroment

It should just display the meters when you are inside like this:
If you are at the center of the Capture point it will display it's radius in meters. The further away from the center it goes, the number will drop. At 0 you are still inside and if you go further away then you are outside. And you could make the number only visible if you are at slower speeds because if it goes from 30 to 0 within half a second if you fly by a heli that would defeat the purpose.

And when you are far away from the capture point it will just show the distance from the middle point minus the radius. So right now if a objective is 280m away with this change it will just display 280m minus the radius so like 250m for a Capture point that has 30m radius.
