As still a remaining supporter of this game, please keep some type of update going for us players.

In my opinion, the discord Dev-Updates has been one last visible line of communication that has been going on. We've seen so many methods of Developer communication die off into silence - The map posts, in my opinion have really been a last remaining line for those of us players without direction relations with you, the devs.

Viskalis, shout out particularly to you on the regularity of updates within the channel- I've had pleasure of seeing player map suggestion in the conversations be implemented directly into the map design. While small, it is also a highlight to look forward to the update posts & associated chats on the topics.

These channel updates have remained consistent in regularity & so valued for its continuation. Its really important right now for this line of communication to remain consistent since they are visibly less frequent as of the start of last month.
Please keep this going.

Hard agree. When you have so many people waiting for the update the best thing is to not leave them with nothing to look forward to or giving no update on ETA

Absolutely agree on this with the op, some form of communication lets the slowly dwindling support base (myself included) at least have something to look forward to, and show that our concerns or advice have not gone unheard.

really just leave them alone. They've chosen a policy of reclusiveness that hasn't helped anyone yet, but that's their choice. A choice to allow us to make theories about their employment (both positive, that they work hard, and negative, like that they've been chillin' on a yacht for a long time and forgot to upgrade). In my opinion the worst possible solution.

If you show the process of work, yes slow, yes not enough for a “wow” effect, but at least something. There'd be a lot less hate.

It's like an abusive relationship where the girl is offended about something and you don't know what, because she won't say the reason.

This makes me glad I didn't quite pull the trigger on buying this game on release, after playing the playtests. I wanted to buy the game after it felt more finished and it just seems like it's left in limbo before that point.
