Hi all!
Buff SV-98 and SSG 69 bolt action speed, reduce scope glint and reduce smoke trail size and distance. On the opposite, Increase (de-buff) same parameters for M200.
Would be nice to separate all snipers on 3 groups: light, medium, heavy and balance them to make them all usable.

im all for changes to the bolting speed of snipers cuz i think the way those are balanced is extremely poor
however glint imo should be kinda increased and not lowered but i think my issues with glint come down to how it physically looks on screen rather than the size of glint as well as the annoyance of it being applied uniquely to recons

that's because it's based on range and angle, if you are within 300 meters it doesn't look that bright
