More team work based mechanics. Base infrastructure to destroy like in BF2. Artillery, commander class to call it. More class restrictions, why everyone has a C4 and mines? Suppression mechanic. Capturing important flag (point) should give you vehicles and cool things like AC130. Everything cool to make game more interesting and not just COD with tanks, destructible buildings and big maps.

For me attachments would do the charm, ik you said not talking about attachments, but man, I want the guns to feel my own and play with different loadouts, rn all guns seem to be working better with exactly the same attachments over and over. I just would love a personalized experience, not just another player with the same loadout that half the lobby has
Yeah current attachments dont do much except for a select few

problem with ifvs/apcs (don't really care for the difference in bbr) is the lack of thermal vision, janky physics, 20rnd magazine?, no anti armor rounds iirc, no coaxial gun, insanely bad accuracy on the main gun, super squishy

When I play engineer I use a dmr and I bring tandems and trophy devices and honestly I feel like I’m more of a support player than most support players.

besides everything that was mentioned before the AC130, i would suggest the introdution of MG nests or heavy caliber mounted MG or even mounted RPG with remoted controlled rocket (Half life like), mortars to clear distant objectives before large and direct assaults, a limit for C4 and even a limit for engeeners roles in squads, for make thos rpgs more valuable and not just a "big sniper"

for the AC130 we need more bigger maps and a parachute sistem, in that case the AC130 or every air vehicle whould be a great asset
and for balance some AA gun too

for now we don't need it, but in the future we don't know. the game is great, really; I like it a lot. lacks tactics due to too fast movement and assault options limited to move and shoot. in general mil-sims should be compared to chess, and not everyone can be the queen on the field. in squad and project reality what makes the difference are the assets on the field, the strategy, the lay of the land, the communication. too many times in this game we tend to rely on a fast and frenetic assault and little calculation compared to the overall battle. flanking and positioning should be the core of this game and the right assets in the right hands should make a big difference

i guess the SFX keep me on my toes, the "bullet whizzing" sound is enough to suppress me psychologically sometimes. i like to suppress even when there is no mechanic
as a Support player i dont rack up kills but its the best feeling to cover an enemy window while my teamies run up and blast everyone inside 🙂
i liked the suppression mechanic in my bf4 days because it's easy points and points give the happy brain juice. one could argue it incentivizes you to engage and take more risks.
but it feels noob-friendly, like mario kart i guess. and at this stage in the game id guess there arent quite so many noobs coming in? idk i like the "casual" and "arcade" vibe of the game, i can still chill when i play. it wouldnt make a big diff to me either way if it was added or not. i like the game the way it is enough to keep playing for now lol.
