Add a mode where you can practice flying helicopters, it'd be really useful for everyone who wants to practice flying and get better at it instead of trying to do that in real matches.

Not possible right now, as vehicles are server-sided. This means that it's not possible in an offline thing like the shooting range.

I dont know codes, but add vehicles in offline server for every ppl is hard like that ?

A structure is hard coded in the map, vehicles are spawned by the servers

I know you aren't a programmer, so I won't go into detail, but you can take my word for that it's very very different

What about shooting range starting a micro server using the power of its own network and computer power?

That is how most games get around this (think of CS, for example). I'm however not sure how technically difficult this is.

In those games it makes a local server that you'd connect to
