Battle bit blue screen

Im making this for my friend, Currently he is have blue screen when the anti cheat starts up, he has reinstalled the game and has tried to update the anti cheat but still gets blue screened. any ideas to help him?

When I try to send it, it just keeps trying to process but never sends

zip it with windows explorer, not with winrar
or run winrar as admin

when I press OK file deletes itself

download bluescreenview, run it as admin, select latest bsod and send me screenshot of it

try manually removing EAC (it'd be reinstalled automatically when you select "Install & Repair EAC" when launching the game)
go to C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat_EOS folder and remove it

(when running "Install & Repair EAC", nothing will appear except command prompt for half a second or less, after that try launching the game)

It re-installed easy anticheat without blue screening my computer so I hope I am able to play without dying

Battlebit fails to initialize easy anticheat and then screens my computer as shown here

Just weird because I was able to play completely fine before 4 days ago

No I have my updates paused for the week so nothing could've happened

Only thing I think it could've been was me installing windows 11 but that was yesterday

if you want to go to 11, you might want to reinstall it completely from a usb drive and not just upgrade since windows often like to corrupt something in process of it
you won't need to format anything, all of your files from previous windows would be under windows.old folder on a C: drive, you'll be able to grab everything important and then delete it to free some space

I've done it before, like 4-5 times where I've gone back in fourth between Windows 10/11 and Linux once. But yeah thank you though
