It seems all they will ever do is get into the chat type "!banned" and close the request. Man, I need other information else from the banning help as stated in the previous request made. Could you care to at least give it a thoughtful read?

Help and support is for troubleshooting issues. Ban appeals are handled outside of these threads either by EAC or battlebit directly. The banned command really has everything in it that you will need to follow.

So it just means that even if the ban is unjustified and the person reviewing it still thinks is correct I will neve receive any feedback

EAC is an anti cheat service, the same way that people hire security. This is not unique to battlebit.

While we would be sorry to see you go, we understand that our game may not be for everyone. Therefore, you can request a refund on Steam, as per Steam policy:

• You must not have played more than 2 hours of the game.
• You must not have owned the game more than 14 days.

Refunds are handled by steam directly. You will have to start that process via steam support.

Fugg this, just a waste of money. No reason banning, no actual explanation for that. Not even a proper customer direct treatment basis, everything being handled by third parties. Sorry for the outburst I know you dont have anything related to this, I just wanted to play with my friends, or at least receive the wasted money back. But none of that seems to be possible! Thank you for trying to help
