#Slightly Buff M4A1 and SMGs

This gun really has no any competitiveness compare to AK74 and ACR, even compare with other carbines
AK74 gets higher DMG and was able to 4btk a Normal armor, ACR gets much more faster ads, movement speed and Quick Mag B
I never mean give a huge buff, just reduce its ads speed from 0.24 to 0.23 (same as AK74 and most of the carbines) and exchange movement speed of M4A1 with ACR, make it have much more difference compare to AK74 and M4A1 get something really unique
This will make AK74 better in mid-long range but M4A1 better in maneuvering combat, ACR still get its 0.18 ads & Quick Mag B

About SMGs, it is easy, to those movement speed didn't reach 1.1 such as PP19, MP5 and EVO, buff their movement speed to 1.1 if you don't really want to change other stats

M4 already best gun sorry

Evo and MP5 are fine.

Pp19 yeah sure buff it but it’s literally just that, rest of the SMGs are fine

even pp19 is not bad unless vs hevy+exo

It requires to be played like an AR but without the damage going for it tbh. You’re already at a disadvantage and you will still get rolled by other smgs at close range

#

Fun, sure. But objectively a downgrade with no real upsides or side grades, a worse ACR or MP5 you could say

yeah, but just straight up you can win fights easily with it, and hitting arms and legs (or face) you can still win a straight up fight with it. I find its accuraacy to be damn good, and since I range my smgs to 100, aiming at the chest usuly gets me headshots dropping them pretty easily

At least increasing M4A1 mobility, this is the thing it really needed to compete with ACR, now it only have dmg advantage(and only have difference over 80m and dealing to heavy armor in 50m, not significant as 32 to 31), reload speed, ads, movement speed, attachment(quick B), even recoil, all of them is disadvantages

still don't know why the guns have such varying points of speed. they all way the fucking same, or withing a pound of each other. barring like mp7/vector and the bolts.

the movement speed of gun that will actual effect running speed really matters

My point is really no gun should be much slower or faster than another. most of the guns fit into the 8 pound range, or within a pound an half of that. only Mp7 and vector are lighter and only the bolts start being more than that usually, and a couple of the DMRs (coughmk.14cough)

#

Even the BRs are only 2 to 2.5 half pounds heavier generally.

Unsure if you've played the game or not OP, but the M4 is fine and SMGs/PDWs are pretty strong across the board

#

Especially in comparison to some of the more limp assault/battle rifles

M4 is the epithomy of "ok" gun
Like if you were to put it between the worst and best gun in this game, it would be right in the middle

#

Id rank it a little higher than that, it's a very easy and forgiving gun to use

I’d argue it’s more like a training carbine tbh. You use it when you first start out and it does okayish in that regard, then you get the groza/G6 or use a gun in the AR/BR category and never look back unless you just genuinely like using the gun

#

As Palma said, not unusable. Just hard to go back to once you get used to other weapons

#

The groza is OP garbage and needs a nerf
