realistically who needs to lock their fps specifically at 700 either lower how far we can move it so we can be more precise or let us type in the box because its impossible to put it at 165 i can only do 167 or 172

also no i will not use v sync because it adds delay and i already have a freesync monitor

You can use arrow keys to tweak stuff in said sliders more finely
