WOAH WOAH WOAH before you zoomers spam downvote at least read first.

Dont tone down progression to the point it was at EA launch, but make levels feel something, make them feel worth something. When I played the playtests and early EA launch the levels felt impactful and meaningful, like they had weight, but now the levels feel too easy to get and instead of acting impactful and prestige being this super difficult thing to achieve, it feels like a slog to trudge through levels and prestige.

Levels literally unlock guns 😭

#

I don't think it's too fast at all personally, feels just right to me

From the anecdotal experience ive seen of the average player, the current progression system is too long/improperly balanced as it stands and actions are being taken to reduce the number of kills/unlock time. There will also be "challenges" for class progression in the next patch, further speeding up progression. I dont think slowing down accomplishes much or aligns with the development direction.

What you want is meaningful progression. Making it slow doesn't automatically make it meaningful, just a greater pain in the ass.
