Anyone can call a supply drop regardless of class

Middle mouse button > squad > call in a supply drop. Can fully resupply from that and some if you happen to have teammates nearby who also need ammo.

Supply drop is good but it doesn't work for rush mod which is pretty common now, because you do not have points until one of your squadmates plant/defuse the bomb

Fair, but rush in general (and invasion/ctf) all share that problem when it comes to the scarcity of squad points. More of a “lack of/no way” to get squad points imo

And objectives don’t auto mark in those modes so an unaware SL is a death sentence

However, I agree that this mechanic does not fit bbr and the developers' vision of a “squad-based shooter”. You become even more independent, and it reduces the number of situations where you have to use a mic.

As an idea, it would be possible to make a perk like the one in CoD, but in this case it should also have disadvantages, for example: -2 mag.

Unfortunately the idea with the perks is unlikely to be realized.

you can kind of do this if people reload

So it would be pretty easy to just drop the current mag of whoever just died to pick up
