I agree 100%. Iron sights are soul and ideally they should be used more commonly. Gun A and gun B lose all their aesthetic characteristic when your looking down the exact same reddot sights instead of their unique ironsights. Perhaps you could even go a step further and give bonus xp for ironsight kills.
