error message: you were kicked by anticheat popped up once before the ban occured. maybe its a bug with my game files or somehting like this.

Hello,

If your “old” account has been caught cheating by EAC, it has unfortunately been permanently suspended from our services as we have a zero-tolerance policy against cheating. I assume that this part is understandable.

Moving on to your “new” account, unfortunately, our Community Guidelines state:
“Respecting the game also comes with respecting our decisions, meaning that you are prohibited from using alternative accounts to play while you have an active suspension on another account.”

This means that your “new” account has broken our policy as well. Your only option is to use this form to appeal your EAC suspension.
