Stop focusing on the maps reworks and focus on the little things that are worth improving in the game. Make a rework to this device so that it blinds the snipers who look at it (the purple color is because the image was improvised) or make this device useful, because it is only to reveal your position to the other enemy snipers, Has no sense.

Vilaks and oki do two entirely different things. In this case this would be asking oki to rebalance things. Which.. yeah I do agree MDX sucks and has no real purpose right now, should be buffed so that it’s actually a decent anti-sniper tool
Map reworks have been questionable (especially barsa) imo, but vilaks is the map guy, that’s going to be what he focuses on: new maps being made or changing current ones

Its bait - its supposed to give off the scope glare effect to trick enemy snipers into aiming at it and giving away their own position. Try setting them up further away from your position and wait for them to aim at it

I think it should be more "smart", like have on off randomly, glint a long time then off, or blink blink constanly. Like a christmas light 
This makes ppl hard and wonder if it is sniper or not.
MRX now, even dont pay attention much, most of us still realize sniper true or fake very easily.
One last thing, a sniper should have only 2, can pick up and relocate. If set up one new, one old will disappear. I dont play sniper much so if it likes thing above pls skip.

It would be bait if the flash were permanent, but it disappears very quickly and reappears, you don't have to be a genius to realize that it's that thing.

I think the "flashing" is supposed to imitate a sniper scoping in and out

if it flashed instead of rotated is would be better. although with the tigheter angles its more the fact that it spins in a circle that gives it away
