Heat mirage (not the CS map)

when ya shoot a lot very quickly, the barrel/gas system gets hot, which can cause heat mirage which makes ur vision blurry. I suggest make it exclusive to suppressors, flir scope, and/or magnum caliber sniper rifles (I.e., affects the M200 more, but the l96/ssg69 less), and ironsights/non-magnified optics should be immune.

this could be an effect for the minigun & Humvee Mounted MG

IRL, heat mirage is primarily a concern for magnified optics/thermal optics. also I think mirage for sustain fire weapons would be too big a nerf
