Game not launching from steam (SOLVED) | BattleBit Remastered Official | Page 1

Recently have come back to this game after few months of not playing, however when i try to launch the game it says "running" then stops. This has also happened to 2 other games Insurgency Sandstorm, and Total War: Shogun 2. Here is a list of fixes i have tried so far:
-Restarting PC
-Verifying game files
-Running as admin
-Running in compatibility mode
-Reinstalling steam
-Reinstalling game
-Cleared steam download cache
-Repaired all microsoft visual C++
-Ensured windows and graphic drivers are up to date
-Updated bios
-Reset cmos
-did a sfc scan

There is a few other fixes not listed here that i have tried, but nothing has worked so far. Last option for me will be to uninstall and reinstall windows, but if anyone has a better fix before i do that, lmk. Thank you ahead of time.

I guess i should add that the game launches fine from the files, i also tried repairing and reinstalling EAC

Game crashes instantly if launched from Steam, but runs fine if launched from executables in installed files.

try replacing BattleBitEAC.exe with EasyAntiCheat.exe

Fixed! Did the original path from guide also had to run as admin, thank you so much for your time and help!

just run or set it to always run as admin in compability tab?

Yes under compatibility tab, i just checked the box that says "Run this program as administrator"
