There is hardcore server in amerika but they not have FF

In 64 and 127 accidental team kills and trolling both would be far too common for this to feasibly be worth it in official servers
It technically does already happen now, in regards to trolling, with people placing explosives on the feet of teammates, team flashing, intentionally blocking line of sights for your snipers with smoke, etc.

Not sure why people are worried about trolling. Plenty of games have FF and safeguards against trolling
