Add loadout customizer as a tab on main menu

Like with BF games it always anoyes me that you have to joine a game to fiddel or change your loadouts and take up space in a server.
In addition have a shooting range where you can try out a setup without having to go to the one already in the game and then have to disconnect to go in to a server and try and set it up again.
