Audio keeps lowering itself?

In my settings in the "App volume and device preferences" (windows) 10
the battlebit audio keeps turning itself down, I dont know if its from the game or not but I've also tried turing the volume up in the game but had no effect. I really hope someone here can help me fix this or figure out if there is a solution because I cant play correctly if I cant hear very well . . .

try next:
go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Audio properties -> Communications tab
it should be set to "Do nothing"

do you have dolby digital plus advanced audio or similar software that can possibly do this?

i remember mumble was doing that automatically (lowering volume of other apps so you can hear its voice chat)

No, I did have a steel series sound thing but I got rid of it, would this affect my sound even after undownloading it?

I dont think I have that installed so no

im going to do a quick restart

and see if it fixes itself

I just entered the main menu and it immediately lowered the volume from 100 to 50.

it mostly fluctuates while in a game. And drops slowly
