ryzen 5 3600
RTX 4060
32GB RAM

i know my can run this at 700 fps, but it's always 100 - 130 fps, and i see the difference because i have a high refresh rate monitor, i tried everything, but nothings works. My thoughts it's that the game just uses 1 core or 2 of my cpu, that it is ridiculous. I want to play with 144fps+ only this.

i would say that it is a unity optimization issue, but i myself have a 3060 and play stable 144 w/ no problem, so

press - Windows key + R
Paste - C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\BattleBitDevTeam\BattleBit\

Notice, that if your file extensions disabled, those files would be named just Player and Player-prev.⠀
