#Just upgraded GPU. won’t stop crashing.

I just upgraded from a gtx 760 to rx 480. Unfortunately everytime I load the game I can play for a couple minutes but then get a crash to black/ lose video signal. Then requires me to hard restart my computer. I’ve tried making sure I uninstalled the old drivers with DDU, ran various system repair tools and reinstalled the game. All other games I have tried do not seem to have any problems.

Info I have a technical issue, how can I get help?

Please, provide your Player.log & Player-prev.log files:

  • press - Windows key + R
  • Paste - C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\BattleBitDevTeam\BattleBit\
  • Notice, that if your file extensions disabled, those files would be named just Player and Player-prev.⠀
