I have a technical issue, how can I get help?

- Notice, that if your file extensions disabled, those files would be named just Player and Player-prev.โ
is there any EAC error when you close the game?

i used to but that was before i deleted the game
i reinstalled it this week and have been using some amazon basics one
so you have logitech software installed as for now?
could you check if it's possible to set polling rate without mouse itself being connected?

open GHUB and see if there's settings or such, polling rate should be at 250hz or below

if not, try to delete GHUB, then restart pc and see if it helps
