I would want to say, many map of this game sucks, maybe not just my own opinion, there is so many empty places that is only with trees (only few cover) or only grasses (only visual cover when prone), or even completely empty just ground left (like Valley, Multuisland, Outskirts, Wineparadise, Zalfibay, Edruadovo) , it is such a spaces wasting and really pity for those huge map.
If the one who is designing those map is not gonna change his mind (You know who I'm saying), I the man full of kindness, not forcing doing any massive changes, but the exist problem still need to be solve, at least partially.
Just like the title, let the player can build as more cover freely as they want, if map designer doesn't want to change the map terrain or never change it right or say let it MAKE SENSE (Yeah, I'm saying New Basra), then let the players change the map by building lots of cover in a single game, making some Gorgeous Defensive Fort, fortified FOB, safe forward pathway, barbed wire field, Building advance cover is still a work with big risk and everyone has same start (except those asymmetrical map).
Not yet saying this is also a way to make "artistic building player" has more opportunity to just ENJOYING BUILDING. The building can be useful, or just for photo taking, they can enjoy themselves in the game without joining any gunfight, but also providing support to teammate (as say again, cover building is really meaningful for teamplay, just like some medic only revive and heal people but not killing enemy another meaningful non-fighting playstyle)
