I have a technical issue, how can I get help?
Please, provide your Player.log & Player-prev.log files:
- press -
Windows key + R - Paste -
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\BattleBitDevTeam\BattleBit\
- Notice, that if your file extensions disabled, those files would be named just Player and Player-prev.⠀

all you gotta do is drag and drop the player.log file
drag it from where
will say
that log doesnt look normal at all with the token issues
and missing filenames

Try to reset game settings
Search for cmd.exe, open it as administrator and run next commands:
reg delete "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\BattleBitDevTeam" /f
del %appdata%\BattleBitConfig.ini
windows
open start menu
and then search for cmd.exe

after that try launching battlebit again
