So you'd select light/med/heavy armor then just have all armor of that type in a nice little drop down for viewing rather than having to scroll through a weird list. Real simple stuff.
Weird armors like ranger armor could have it's own little section too tbh. I don't see the game getting 10 armor types or something, so having 4 or 5 types of armor with their own respective dropdowns shouldn't be bad. Even then you could just put it under light armor if you really wanted to, no biggie tbh.
Hide any armors not for the type you selected as well. You could have a dropdown for each body part. I think backpacks and belts could probs be sorted too.
