I have a technical issue, how can I get help?
Please, provide your Player.log & Player-prev.log files:
- press -
Windows key + R - Paste -
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\BattleBitDevTeam\BattleBit\
- Notice, that if your file extensions disabled, those files would be named just Player and Player-prev.⠀
It only happens sometimes, not always!
Rebooting the game solves the issue for some time.
how much RAM do you have?
16GB of RAM
i'm not sure what is the exact cause, all i can see is that your game crashes on prev log, you can try few things though:
- reinstall the game to the same drive where Windows installed (C:);
- sfc/dism;
- to stabilize your connection, try warp;
- in case if you never touched virtual memory size, increasing it might help
already tried to install the game to my C drive and other drives, will try the rest. Thanks!
