not like tandoms takes years to ads and reload plus tanks already have thermal and backmap in their spawn
Most people choose the gunner seat and leave the tank if it isn't open. Also, tanks wouldn't back map if they were a bit stronger. Though, 90% sure this is a repeat post.
Tanks are already very strong with the right driver
imagine tank sniping from red zone while also being immune to tandems

While i am for buffing vehicles making tandems not do shit against tanks is not the way
Sounds like fun, along with the snipers that already abuse redzone! 
But no, redzone camp needs to be discouraged more than anything, not encouraged. This ain’t it OP. Buff tanks health and thats all it needs imo
it need its armor ro be armor and not just flat hp.
Have the option to customize tanks in a similar way to let’s say battlefield 3/4 would be good

Iirc spaced armor and ERA is useful against stopping HEAT warheads as the penetration of a HEAT warhead can be dependent on the distance between the armor and detonation of the warhead, but against tandem warheads there is less use ability with spaced armor and era because the tandem will first detonate a smaller explosive charge removing any obstacles before reaching the actual armor and detonating the primary larger explosive
ERA would not nerf tandems but would nerf HEAT
HEAT has the same penetration values at any distance since its chemical based on not dependent on velocity.
Distance i mean between detonation and the actual armor, therefore things like spaced armor drastically decreased penetration values of HEAT warhead
Either way my point still remains that era will not nerf tandem
I don't have any troubles with tandem, the main problem is C4 speedruners
If you got ambushed by a tandem engie you can react and, defend yourself or retreat; with C4 you can't react unless you spot the guy first
C4 being so spammable is something that can be fixed by slowing the fire rate, decreasing the magnetism against vehicles, and also making tanks a bit faster
that wouldn't change anything, because if you notice the guy its usually to late to run anyway unless you mean it takes 2-3 seconds to throw a second c4.
