add settings to remove grass and more to boost the fps of people with potato pcs

my specs are
cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz
gpu: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710
ram: ddr3 16 Gigs

this will help me play in a normal resolution and a normal screen scale

Sorry to say that but adding more graphics options is not really a solution here. I'd suggest you to:

Play 64vs64, 32vs32 servers, avoid 127vs127 because the map is bigger there, and more players running around.
Keep native resolution but lower render scale.
Upgrade your PC. This CPU is almost 14 years old

youd be best off finding a used optiplex with a more modern CPU and throwing a cheap GPU in there or use you 710 for the time being
