Character development leveling (prestige)

give leveling / prestige an extra purpose with ranks insignias and other benefits

lets say lvl
US
1 - 100 private
100 - 150 sergeant
150 - 200 major
prestige 1 - 6 seal team 1 - 6
prestige 7 - 10 delta force

Russia
1 - 100 private
100 - 150 sergeant
150 - 200 major
prestige 1 - 6 FSB team 1 - 6 (? don't really know the Russian structure)
prestige 7 - 10 Spetsnaz

anyway, you could expand this forever. different uniforms camos load out etc
would work well with command role if it ever comes.
