New cosmetics?

Add some cosmetics that are like throwbacks to the old cosmetics and uniforms, obviously remastered so they hold up to the current ones, but stuff like the old Russian assault having the full face covering balaclava and plate carriers that were similar to the more classic ones. Or like the Russian recon’s ushanka or did the Russian medic have the ushanka? But the American support with the face shield. Just some of the old designs being revived with the current style would be cool in my opinion, anyone agree?

Anyone else agree? Maybe some input from other people that played back when the uniforms and gear looked different? Anything you guys miss?

Any new uniforms would be a very welcome addition. Especially if they were prestige tied

Yes I agree, it has been a while since they’ve added new cosmetics of any kind I would love to see more uniforms, chest rigs, backpack, helmets, what have you, it’s been a while since new stuff was added

the face wear should be seperate so we can mix and match it with different helmets.

Yes that would be so cool, like the ability to put balaclavas or goggles/glasses on separate from the helmet would be cool

Another idea I always thought would be cool is with the addition of a new map they add another country like china or something so we get new camos and cosmetics

And it would spice up the game a little in my opinion to have another country so it isn’t always America v Russia

they said they would be adding factions/countries eventually(along with locking weapons to said factions), but that is way down the line

Ahhh interesting I will definitely be looking forward to that, idk how the locking of weapons to certain factions would go with the community though

yeah, they said they would need quite a bit of weapons per faction to even think of locking them, though that is the plan eventually

On the topic of new cosmetics, there's a few cosmetics in the game that are nearly identical besides very slight color changes. I feel like we could do with those camos/cosmetics being replaced by more distinct looking items. RU has two different camos that have clones with next to no difference besides being slightly lighter or darker, so that's two whole camo slots with nothing actually setting them apart at all.
