Hello, I had my account hacked by some Chinese person and after recovering my account I went to the game and it was informing me that my account had been banned, I'm Brazilian and I also play CS2, there were some skins there and what a change Chinese people sent me links for me to click and I accidentally clicked on one of them, I think I was infected there. and after that the person harmed me.

if you were banned by EAC, unfortunately ban can't be removed regardless of who was using your account at the time it was banned, we understand that it can be frustrating but only that way we can keep the game safe from cheaters, you are responsible for safety of your account
