when I open the game it just crashes, I looked at some other posts to fix it and did the player and player prev command but it doesn't have .log at the end. I was wondering what I could do to fix it.

and found some items

that ended in some numbers and . dmp

Please, provide your Player.log & Player-prev.log files:

• press - Windows key + R
• Paste - C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\BattleBitDevTeam\BattleBit\

• Notice, that if your file extensions disabled, those files would be named just Player and Player-prev.⠀
