Essentially make the rpgs correspond to the type of rocket they use.

  1. Give tanks reactive armor. Make the ERA removable by dealing damage to them and make ERA provide more protection against specifically HEAT rounds.

  2. Balance out vehicles(without ERA) damage between HEAT and Tandem

  3. Reduce the HEAT building damage

  4. Decrease the infantry damage caused by HEAT drastically except for when the round hits an object in front of you as HEAT rounds work through shooting incredibly hot copper forwards

  5. To balance out have a low amount of Tandem reserve ammo(maybe also increased movement speed penalty)

  6. Round out through increase fragmentation rpg damage

I think these changes will introduce a higher spread of players between the different RPG types while also returning a little bit to the Milsim roots

I'll go point by point:

  1. That's a huge amount of dev work, like a huge huge amount.

  2. A bit details-light but I imagine what you're saying is have tandem do less damage or HEAT do more, probably the former.

  3. This I agree with, but I'd like to see less building damage overall or an RPG round specifically designed for demolition/anti-inf (HE, frag is pointless).

  4. Again, developmentally complex, HE rounds still explode and that concussive wave is still lethal, you have to hit an RPG with a couple metres of someone to one-shot them currently.

  5. Partially agree, but I think all RPG reserve ammo should be lowered.

  6. Frag RPG will be garbage no matter what, killing inf is an RPGs tertiary function, all other weapons in the game do it better. Ditch frags and give them a non-AT HE round, useful only against buildings, people and soft targets (Humvees/little birds)

Tbh like just lower heat rpg ammo to 4 and make frag deal current heat damage to infantry

Just swap the infantry damage of heats and frag. Frag now has a use and heat is a proper all rounder

lower amount of RPG's to 4 (2 for tandem), remove C4 from everyone except engineer and assault

2 things:
1: Clarification, do you mean that HEAT should still kill infantry on any direct hit.
2: Minor correction, Irl HEAT doesn't penetrate by melting the copper, it just shoots the copper out so fast that it behaves kinda like a liquid.
