Banimento injustamente

Eu instalei o BattleBit novamente para ver como andam os updates, e me deparo com essa mensagem no inicio, que fui banido pelo easyanticheat, eu nunca usei cheat nesse jogo, tem mesmo a certeza que consta no sistema vosso que usei alguma coisa no BattleBit ? eu so jogava de vez em quando depois do trabalho, e me vem um banimento desse sem uma justificativa plausivel, por favor moderadores podem ajudar ? tenho certeza que e um sinalizador falso dizendo que usei cheat algum do tipo, realmente fiquei triste com isso
