How can I bind my T16000 HOTAS and rudder pedals?

A lot of controls other than the X and Y axis on the stick aren't bound, and default to "Joy4th (Positive)", any way to bind my throttle and button inputs inside or outside of the game? Binding works fine in other games, such as Battlefield 1
