I think tactical sprint should be a flat speed change, not a percentage boost.
As it currently stands, when you pick a heavy weapon or heavy armour you get to less fights, you see less of the game in each match you play.
Tactical sprint is a way to cross the map outside of gunfights, so you can get between points of interest quicker. It's the "transport vehicle" of infantry.
On dustydew I want to pick the SCAR-H and take the longer range engagements, but every time I look at the map I am inclined to pick an SMG just so that I can cover the absurd distance between capture points faster.
If tactical sprint was normalized across the board, then heavy weapons can be slow in the fights, but at least they can get to the fights to participate at all.
