exo armour(not helmet) is close to useless on how inconsistent it can be for the support player, but at the same time has the potential to have the first experience of someone fighting it be bad, it would be better for support to just ditch it and have medium or heavy armour with exo helmet and go nuts while not gambling if you are gonna get shot in the torso and being dragged down by a speed debuff in a game where speed is king
make it durable and take alot of punish and you can make assaulting points against 10 support players be really difficult, with can make attack and defend modes like invasion or frontline be about just defending or making it frustating for attackers
making it have less durability for alot of downsides just makes it not worth using it and a detriment for the class
as it now buffing the hp will make support just outright ditch the exo armour and go for medium for sure since you got that extra hp, have your speed match something like an AR assault while being able to ressuply bandages,grenades and ammo
TLDR: the hp buff can bring more problems than good, and exo needs attention for balance or just deleted, and make so the weapons and gadgets define the class
