I think there should be a specific squad (like tactical or recon) who's job it is to defend points. it seems like most of the time when a point gets taken everyone just leaves and people who like defending are left on there own. I think it could be added as a second option for tactical squad or as its own separate thing.
also please add vote kicking to tactical squad or at least vote demotions/promotions since the squad leader often ends up being someone who doesn't have a mic

Squad roles seem to be arbitrary and kind of pointless ATM, but if they continue, this is a great idea. I like defending points. Really focuses the gameplay

I love that they added a tactical squad, I think it really fits but I do think most people don't actually read the description, even the updated one. I feel like whenever I play I only get into 1 or 2 actual tactical squads out of several games. Most of the time everyone is just silent

I would rather think of a tactical squad that doesn't fall into the "frontline" squads which will fight on the frontline but rather a quick and swift squad that flanks ahead to take a point.
