To start, this is not about the contents of challenges, there are already threads about that. This is a change to the challenge rewards system.

Current system: Complete all challenges, even when some weeks have 8 of them while other weeks only have 5.

New system: there are always 7 challenges that the player can complete. However the big change would be making it so the large exp bonus can be earned by only completing 4 out of the 7 total challenges. This would give players more freedom to choose which play style they want to do to complete their challenges. It also wouldn’t shoehorn every player into either support or playing recon in the corner of the map to get the +500m kills. This new system will give the players more freedom, while also making the challenge system more consistent instead of a random amount of challenges every week.

Well this new system would give you the chance to avoid a unica or sledgehammer challenge, while you can still get the big reward.
