Add a (unique) Sound effect to removing buildables.

Per Devast #23, it's mentioned that doors are being added to give players refuge/security. Building defenses should provide the same security; getting shot in the back by a dude who silently dismantled a god damned wall is silly. Players around the defenses should be alerted to the buildables being removed.
