#Alternative Aiming

This actually is a thing when you ADS with NVG and a big scope equipped
Would be cool to have a way to do it without NVG as a middleground between hipfire and full ads
Alternative aiming would be pretty cool but also it's just another pose for hip fire and not too necessary
hipfiring wouldnt be as accuracte and would have a bigger spread compared to alt aiming
games that have these usually make alt aiming have as good accuracy and spread as normal ADS
Hipfire doesnt have spread and should never have spread.
Thats what makes hipfiring so fun as apposed to 99% of other games
irl?
No in bbr
oh well i mean when the gun starts going all over the place
oh recoil?
I think bbr just has the system where the bullet goes where the gun goes instead of like cod where spread doesn't match where the gun js
yeah that
It would be fun to have that kind of alt aim on the gun that makes recoil easier to control
Kinda like point shooting, but then again it's the same as normal hipfire
for some reason it got me thinking of the aim from Ready or Not
That’s where I got this idea and picture from
not sure if I remembered it correctly but the angled fire is there because the NGV doesnt work well with any of the sights attachment in RoN
and its also an option in case you are using a DMR
its there because NVGs don't work with any red dot/holographic sights(most of them in game)
Yeah the nvg irl would make the sights go blurry
Red dots and holographic sights work fine and aren’t blurry under NVGs irl, and any scopes with zoom become blurry under NVGs irl (though exceptions exist like for the Elcan Specter).
you cannot see the dots produced by the light sources that make the dots appear on the glass with proper NVGs. hence why point shooting is more common using an IR laser.
That's also why holo sights like EOTech models have an NV button that sets them to very low brightness, making them compatible with night vision goggles or sight addons
