#Incentive in cooperating and being nice.

As some of you may have seen, Thor from pirate software talked a little while ago about Dawn gate, a MOBA that had a mechanic of incentivising "being nice to each other".
In my personal opinion, battlebit could benefit from such a mechanic, basically a 0.1 XP buff or something to players who "play well".
Some options I thought of are:
Good communication
Funny Player
Cooperative playstyle
Fair adversary

And some bad are:
Toxic communication
Toxic playstyle

Not an absurd amount, maybe capped at a 0.5 bonus in XP from compliments of other players (not your friends) per match and a -0.1 cap in XP from being reported per match.

Thought about the addition of a 0.1 XP buff by giving (any number) of compliments per match.

Giving a practical example, let's say I've got 4000 XP in a match, with 3 compliments I'd get 4,000*1.3=5,200

Positive reward great idea, negative reward unfortunately wouldn't work without creating a whole new job for the moderation team to verify negative reports. Anyone dropping more than 100 kills will get slammed with negative reports like they already spam the hackusations and cheating/exploiting reports

Still it would need some way to not be possible to "he's my friend so I will give him more XP" a truly random compliment per see

how would that work with 250ppl? do you get a list to scroll through after every match?

a way like foxhole does seems to be easier. Like after you get revived or resupplied you get a small text msg that says "do you want to endorse xy" and you press a button to endorse.
Would still not help with voice chat tho

Makes me think of the "like" system in Death Stranding. You could "like" a heal or a voice com or a building. Random idea

Keep the positive sure but I shouldn’t be punished for a “toxic playstyle” simply because someone wants me to treat the meme roblox game like a faceit pro match. Respectfully, fuck out of here with that, and if you mean toxic in the sense of griefing, xp farm, etc… we have a report system for that.

steal from chiv: give the option to commend your killer if it is strategic, funny, or destructive- with visual medals for those who get over 100 of a type, constantly upgrading

a universal gun skin for every 100 funny kills, a universal helmet for strategic, and an armor for destructive would be great too-- or incentivize it by making them an achievement unlockables that are SLIGHTLY better than the default in one way-- an exo with one extra nade and mag, for example

I like this idea although it’s probably never gonna get used unless it gives not only a cosmetic reward, but a legit upgrade in some way

Like a gold med box for medic, a gold ammo box for support, and a gold grapple/shield/smoke, depending on how effective you are with them

And the effectiveness is rated by,

Support: how many people and how often did you give ammo?
Medic: how many heals and revives?
Assault: did people use your grappling hook a lot? Did your smoke actually provide cover for a support to flank, and then shred their backline with an LMG?

I have an idea to consider, but it’s not as good as the above ones. At the end of a match, you can give players a thumbs up or down on the scoreboard. Then they get a ratio attached to them like a K/D, but just for social credit score stuff lol idk. And it sticks with player account across games, slowly changing game after game.

nah no negative things applied to the playerbase, easy to abuse, easy to get sheep to vote negative on anyone
